Ed brings a fresh perspective to the world of technology and digital marketing. As a recent graduate in Human Geography from the University of Nottingham, Ed possesses a unique understanding of human dynamics, which he is eager to apply in his new role at The Click Support.
His journey into the professional world has been driven by a lifelong passion for technology. This passion, coupled with his keen intellect and determination, has led him to pursue a training role at The Click Support.
Embracing the challenge of learning the ropes of the industry, Ed is in a period of intensive training. During this time, he is keen on absorbing as much knowledge and expertise as he can from the diverse and experienced team surrounding him.
Joe
Founding Director
Joe started his professional career in technology in 2016, whilst living on the sunny beaches of Baja, Mexico. He worked first as a Computer Networker (Internet & Wi-Fi), before moving onto Web Development. His experience with providing business and personal IT support began as a side-hustle in the early years of his career. However, he quickly realised that there was a high demand for IT support delivered in a friendly and uncomplicated manner. So, equipped with a wide range of skills and, most importantly, the ability to efficiently self-teach with little more than a good internet connection, Joe started The Click Support in 2020.
What started as a small IT support company soon grew to include a Digital Marketing sector and a broad array of treasured and loyal customers.
